li>This is a personal injury action arising from a motor vehicle accident. Plaintiff/appellant Jeffrey Schurr (“Schurr”) appeals a judgment in his favor against his employer’s uninsured/underinsured motorist carrier Homestead Insurance Company (“Homestead”), defendant/appellee. The judgment awarded Schurr $2,493.59 in damages and interest from the date of judicial demand. Schurr specifies three errors to the proceedings below.
