Emile F. Hederi and Frances A. Hederi filed, in the Chancery Court of Hinds County, their bill against United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company, Robert G. Nichols, Jr., Trustee for Nu-Pine Corporation in Bankruptcy, and Heber Ladner, Secretary of State.
