This action involves the construction of the will of the late Grace Vaughn Bowman of Seattle. The circumstances giving rise to the case are these: As part of her long and complex will, the testatrix created numerous trusts for individual beneficiaries, in which Wheaton College, the American Bible Society, the Moody Bible Institute, and the Bible Institute of Los Angeles, appellants herein, were named as trustees.
