PIERCE, Judge.

This is an action for the construction of a will. Claimant AMC Cancer Research Center and Hospital (AMC) appeals summary judgment entered in favor of claimant American Cancer Society (Society). We affirm.

Julia Gross executed a will in 1978. She died in 1980 and her will was admitted into probate. Thereafter, the estate’s personal representative filed a petition to have the testatrix’ will construed, and, in particular, to have the court determine which of the two charitable organizations was entitled to the devises under paragraphs Twelve and Seventeen (e) of the will.
