BRANCH, Circuit Judge:

American Home Mortgage Servicing, now known as Homeward, appeals the denial of a new trial concerning an award of punitive damages arising from a wrongful foreclosure. Jane McGinnis, the owner of several rental properties, brought suit against Homeward, the servicer of seven of her residential properties' mortgages, alleging wrongful foreclosure, conversion, interference with property, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
