The appellant, Rachel Glendening, commenced this action in the trial court to enjoin the sheriff of Adams County and the appellee, The Federal Land Bank of Louisville, at whose instance it was issued, from executing a writ of seizure issued from that court in an ejectment suit commenced by the appellee, The Federal Land Bank of Louisville, against Robert W. Glendening alone. The appellant was in possession of said real estate. She had owned an undivided one-third of it and a life estate in an additional eight-fifteenths of it, and had conveyed all of her interest to the said…
