OPINION

SNOW, Judge.

¶ 1 Nermin Klokic appeals his conviction on one count of aggravated assault. Because we cannot determine that the jury unanimously concluded that Klokic committed a specific act that constituted the criminal count for which he was charged, we reverse Klokie’s conviction and remand for a new trial.
