Cinco-T.C., Inc. (Appellant) appeals from the trial court’s amended judgment entered in favor of Bogdon and Helen Hiblovie (Respondents) in part. Respondents cross-appeal from the amended judgment entered in favor of Appellant in part. We reverse in part and affirm in part.
