Evenflo Company, Inc and Spalding Sports Worldwide (hereinafter and collectively, “Evenflo”) appeal from the trial court’s judgment reinstating the denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict (hereinafter, “JNOV”) and entering damages pursuant to the jury verdict in favor of Damon Steele (hereinafter, “Plaintiff’), as next Mend and father of Denver John Steele (hereinafter, “DJ”).
