Plaintiffs, Bertha Ortega (“Ortega”), Cheryl Archer (“Archer”), Angela Bryant (“Bryant”), Timothy Green (“Green”), Christina Guzman (“Guzman”), Mary Hewitt (“Hewitt”) and Carol Lynch (“Lynch”) are former employees of the Economic Opportunity Commission of Nassau County, Inc. (“EOC”), a private, not-for-profit anti-poverty organization.
