In this medical malpractice suit, the trial court granted summary judgment in favor of defendant/appellees, Scott K. Pagano, D.C. (“Dr. Pagano”) and Campbell Chiropractic Clinic, P.C., d/b/a Campbell Chiropractic Wellness Center (“Campbell Chiropractic Clinic”), against plaintiff/appellant, Rodney Tow, as Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of Erwina Consunji and Bernar-dino Consunji (“Tow”).
