The appellant is dissatisfied with the trial, which resulted on his conviction of burglarizing a jail, and asks for another, freed from the errors of which he complains.(1) Evidence of a prior independent offense committed by the appellant was improperly admitted, no connection having been established between the crime of which the appellant is here charged and the other offense. This is the appellant’s first assignment of error.
