The questions arising on this appeal grow out of the action of the circuit court in sustaining objections to the final settlement . of appellant as executor of the estate of Henry C. Young, deceased, which' objections were made by Belle Young, the widow, and Gtrabell and Robert Young, two of his heirs. The executor paid Henry C. Young, Jr., one of the children of the deceased and also a distributee under the will, the sum of $300, for which he claimed credit in the order of the distribution made on the final settlement.
