This case is an equity case. The complaint was filed by plaintiff, who contends that he was removed as an elder in the Homer City Presbyterian Church by the administrative commission of defendant and that the administrative commission had no authority to dismiss him as an elder. He also contends that he was asked to sever his membership in the Homer City Presbyterian Church by the administrative commission.
