I am writing to advise of the court’s rulings on the exceptions that were filed to the commissioner’s report for the above referenced case.
Procedural History
This matter comes before the court based on a hearing that was conducted by Jeffrey C. Early, Esquire, Commissioner in Chancery of the Circuit Court of Orange County. Subsequent to the hearing, the commissioner filed his report with the court. The plaintiffs and several of the defendants *279filed a number of exceptions to the findings of the commissioner.
