This is the same ejectment suit in which H. W. Light-cap was plaintiff in the circuit court of Fulton county and Lydia Bradley was defendant, which was before us on a former appeal, and is reported under the title of Lightcap v. Bradley, 186 Ill. 510. A judgment against the plaintiff, Lightcap, was then reversed, and the cause was remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings in accordance with the views expressed in the opinion then filed.
