MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
VITALIANO, District Judge.
Plaintiffs Lale Karakus and Isro Karakus, aka Kevin Isa Karakus (“the Karakuses”) brought this action against defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”) in connection with a home mortgage refinancing. Plaintiffs assert federal claims as well as state statutory and common law claims. As relief, they effective*322ly seek to rescind two loans they received from Wells Fargo in 2006 and to terminate the lien on their property.
