Defendant-appellant Goodrich Corporation (Goodrich) appeals the district court’s grant of partial summary judgment to plaintiff-appellee International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Local Lodge 2121 AFL-CIO (Union) on count two of the latter’s three-count complaint in which count the Union sought an order compelling arbitration of the parties’ dispute over retiree benefits in their collective bargaining agreement (CBA).
