On January 3, 1941, the appellants, as vendors, and the appellees, as vendees, entered into a written contract for the sale and purchase of certain farm lands in Johnson County, Indiana. The appellees made the down payment required by the terms of the contract and moved onto the land. When it came time to fully execute said contract a controversy arose between the parties concerning the condition of the appellants’ title and the manner in which the appellees proposed to pay the balance of the purchase price.
