ORDER DENYING IN PART AND GRANTING IN PART DEFENDANT’S MOTIONS TO DISMISS

This cause comes before the court on motion of defendant Julio Iglesias to dis miss the complaint, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) and on grounds of forum non conveniens.
I. RULE 12(b)(6) MOTION
