GORTON, District Judge.

This is a putative class action lawsuit arising from allegations by the named plaintiffs, Stacey and Susan Schacter (“the Schacters”), that the defendant, Circuit City Stores, Inc. (“Circuit City”), is liable to them and others similarly situated for breach of contract, promissory estoppel, unjust enrichment, conversion and violation of the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, Mass.
