BACKGROUND
Defendant-Appellant Armani Cummings appeals from a judgment of conviction of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Marrero, /.) following a jury verdict. Cummings was convicted of one count of conspiracy to distribute 280 grams or more of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(b)(1)(A) and 846; one count of using and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c); two counts of killing a person during and in relation to a conspiracy to distribute 280 grams or more…
