This is an appeal from the dismissal of the petitioner’s application for a writ of habeas corpus challenging a fugitive extradition warrant under which the petitioner is being held for rendition to the authorities of the state of Indiana. The petitioner, Robert Barrila, claims that he is not a fugitive from justice in Indiana, and that consequently his custody in the hands of the defendant, Richard E. Blake, a Con necticut state trooper, is illegal. The trial court, after an evidentiary hearing, rendered a judgment for the defendant from which the petitioner has appealed.
