Curtis, copartners, doing business at Boston and elsewhere under the firm name and style of Bright, Sears and Company, is the wife of the plaintiff in the action entitled Edwin A. Simpson v. William E. Bright, Harold C. Sears and Albert B. Curtis. The defendants in both actions are the plaintiffs in the suit in equity against Edwin A. Simpson, Laura E. Simpson and Bertha L. Currie.
