MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON TIMOTHY McVEIGH’S MOTIONS TO COMPEL DISCOVERY

MATSCH, Chief Judge.

This memorandum opinion concerns the pleadings listed in the attached Appendix A. Because of the impending trial date, the focus of this opinion is on pleadings filed by Timothy McVeigh. Counsel for Terry Nichols have joined in some of Mr. McVeigh’s motions and have separately filed pleadings raising some of the same issues.
