Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Ceresia, J.), rendered January 24, 2014 in Albany County, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree.
Pursuant to a negotiated agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to an indictment charging him with burglary in the second degree and waived his right to appeal. The charge stems from a residential burglary, and the plea agreement also satisfied pending charges against defendant related to four other residential burglaries.
