MATHERNE, Judge.

This appeal involves three lawsuits, consolidated for trial and on appeal, wherein the plaintiff in each lawsuit was awarded a verdict and judgment against the defendant warehouseman due to the damage and destruction by fire of each plaintiff’s personal property while it was stored with the defendant.
