Plaintiff appeals from an order quashing a garnishment before judgment against Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, a corporation. The defendant, Maxim’s of Nebraska, is a domestic Nebraska corporation. Plaintiff filed the affidavit required by section 25-1010, R. R. S. 1943. This affidavit contained the necessary allegations of an an affidavit of attachment as provided for by section 25-1001, R. R. S. 1943. The plaintiff filed no bond to protect against wrongful attachment as required by section 25-1003, R. R. S. 1943. Plaintiff says that no bond is required because section 25-1010, R. R. S.…
