Before the Court are consolidated cross-appeals filed by William F. Lex and Dr. Marvin Weinar from the trial court’s April 28, 2016 order (1) granting Weinar’s petition to confirm an arbitration award, and (2) sustaining Lex’s preliminary objections and dismissing Weinar’s second amended complaint. The appeals arise out of Wei-nar’s efforts to enforce an arbitration award that was rendered in his favor on February 14, 2013.
