¶ 1. This is a review of a published court of appeals' decision1 that *294reversed and remanded the decision of the Milwaukee County Circuit Court, Jeffrey A. Kremers and Jean W. DiMotto, Judges.2 The circuit court granted the defendants' — Virchow Krause & Company, LLR and Donald Vilione (collectively hereinafter "the accountants") — summary judgment motion thereby dismissing the claims of the plaintiffs, Henry J.
