KNAPPEN, Circuit Judge.
On July 1, 1910, the American Distributing Company, an Ohio corporation, having its office and principal place of business at Jackson, Mich., contracted in writing at that place, for the sale on commission “for the entire United States,” for a term of five years, of automobile wheels manufactured by the Hayes Wheel Company, a Michigan corporation, engaged at Jackson, *882Mich., in the manufacture of such wheels.
