DAVID, Justice.
Charles Moore was charged with the murders of Alejandro Tinoco and Jazmín Conlee. After Moore was found guilty of both murders, the jury recommended a sentence of life without the possibility of parole for the murder of Conlee. Moore was ultimately sentenced to sixty-five years for the felony murder of Tinoco and life without parole for the murder of Con-lee.
