—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Marrus, J.), rendered January 14, 1988, convicting him of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The taxicab in which the defendant was a passenger was stopped after two police officers noted the defendant’s resemblance to an individual portrayed in a police department "Wanted” poster.
