MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BELOT, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff filed this action against Sedg-wick County and several of its employees, alleging defendants violated her rights under the United States Constitution, Title VII, and state tort laws. Doc. 2. Defendants moved to dismiss various claims. Doc. 13. On March 29, 2002, the court granted defendants’ motion to dismiss with respect to the Title VII claim against the individual defendants.
