This controversy involves the construction of certain clauses of the will of William H. laoyd, deceased.
Testator was survived by seven children and six grandchildren. Two of the children, Ardelia and Sarah A. Loyd, died after the testator, unmarried and leaving no descendants. Whereupon appellant, J ames E.
