Plaintiffs, husband and wife, appeal from a jury verdict of no cause for action and judgment entered thereon in Wayne county circuit court and from denial of their motion for new trial. They claim the trial court committed reversible error in permitting improper cross-examination of plaintiff Nettie Schwartz and by holding admissible an unsworn, unverified pleading from a separate and unrelated proceeding in another jurisdiction.
