Introduction

Robert Baker (Appellant) appeals from the trial court’s judgment convicting him of two counts of first-degree statutory sodomy and six counts of first-degree child molestation. We affirm.

Factual and Procedural Background

The State charged Appellant with three counts of first-degree statutory sodomy, one count of first-degree statutory rape, and six counts of first-degree child molestation, as a prior and persistent offender and a prior sex offender.
