CUDAHY, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff appeals from a finding of unilateral mistake and rescission of a contract of sale. We affirm the judgment of the district court.

Plaintiff-appellant S.T.S. Transport Service, Inc. (“S.T.S.”) is an Illinois corporation whose principal place of business is located in Alsip, Illinois. Since its incorporation in 1978, S.T.S. has leased tractor trucks and trailers to other companies and has also hauled freight for customers.
