OPINION

DUGGAN, Justice.

Appellant, Anthony Charles Graves, was indicted for capital murder and confined in the Burleson County jail without bond. He filed in the trial court an application for writ of habeas corpus, seeking release on reasonable bail. Following an evidentiary hearing, the trial court denied bail. Appellant urges two points of error on this appeal. We affirm.
