ON WRIT OF MANDAMUS

STEPHENS, Justice.

Relators Harold J. Erbs, James E. Erbs, Eugene C. Fiedorek, Kenneth R. Hartin, Paul T. Nelson, and Frank D. Reese (collectively the directors) seek a writ of mandamus to compel the presiding judge of Probate Court No. 3 of Dallas County, Texas, to dismiss certain litigation for want of subject-matter jurisdiction. In the alternative, they seek a writ of mandamus to compel the Honorable Kenneth Pat Gregory, the presiding judge of the statutory probate courts of Texas, to vacate the order assigning himself as a visiting judge to preside over that litigation…
