I. The petition set out .the articles of incorporation which are under attack. Articles III and IX thereof are as follows:
Article III.
“This corporation shall have an authorized capital stock of fifty thousand’ dollars. Twenty-five thousand dollars of its authorized stock shall be common stock divided into shares of twenty-five dollars, each, and twenty-five thousand dollars of its authorized stock shall be preferred stock divided into shares of twenty-five dollars each.
