For many years-, the decedent and two brothers, II. R. and Guy II. Straight, were engaged in the manufacture and sale of clay products at Auburn, Iowa, as a copartnership, under the firm name and style of the Auburn Brick & Tile Company. In the fall of 1912, they filed' articles of incorporation, providing for 'a capital of $100,000.
