On March 24, 1975, the court entered its decree of dissolution of the Libby marriage. On April 1, 1975, the husband died. His. will was duly proved and letters testamentary issued to his executor, Darrell E. Bewley. On April 15, by order of the circuit court, Mr. Bewley, pursuant to motion, was duly substituted as party respondent in said dissolution proceeding. On April 17, 1975, the executor filed a notice of appeal from the decree of dissolution “save and except the granting of the divorce therein.” Thereafter the wife, petitioner below and respondent on appeal, filed her motion to dismiss…
