Fisher v. Grand Trunk Western Railroad

John M. Fisher was a married man •living with his wife on a farm about three miles west of the city limits of the city of Flint. On the morning of January 3, 1941, he was proceeding by automobile over a four-lane, east-and-west highway to the city of Flint where he was employed. A short distance inside the city limits of Flint, a single switch track of the Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company crosses this highway in a northeast-southwest direction, making an angle of about 45 degrees with the highway.
