This is an appeal from an order of the superior court refusing to revoke a previous order appointing guardians for the estate of Sophia Michelson.

Mrs. Michelson testified that she was seventy-nine years old, a resident of Hockinson, Clark county, this state, a widow, her husband having died about eight or nine years ago, and the mother of ten children, all living. Considerable property was accumulated by Mrs. Michelson and her husband during his lifetime.
