OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Joseph McCaleb appeals from an order of the Greene County Common Pleas Court denying his motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Civ.R. 60(B). McCaleb contends that the trial court abused its discretion in determining that the evidence did not support the requested relief.
{¶ 2} We conclude that McCaleb's motion was appropriately overruled under the doctrine of res adjudicata, because the arguments raised therein and the exhibits attached thereto are essentially the same as set forth in a prior motion for relief, which the trial court previously overruled.…
