Doris Buhler, a female child seven years of age at the time of her injuries and eight years old when the case was tried, by her mother as next friend sued Ephriam Cohn for damages arising out of personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligent driving of an automobile by the defendant. The trial of the case resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendant excepts to the refusal of the court to direct a verdict for him, and to the overruling of his motion for a new trial.
