The general demurrer to the plaintiff’s petition, on the ground that it set out no cause of action, first comes to our attention. We quote the petition, with the exception of those paragraphs alleging injuries, as follows: “On the 9th day of March, 1932, at or about the hour of four o’clock p. m., the afternoon being clear, defendant while driving his automobile on North Madison Street in Albany, Georgia, which street is paved, and in the 900 block, negligently and carelessly drove the same with great force and violence…
