This is an appeal by Ulissa Howell (hereinafter “Appellant”) from a September 24, 2007, order of the Circuit Court of Tyler County affirming an August 3, 2007, order of the Family Court of Tyler County denying the Appellant’s petition to extend the child support obligations of her former husband, John Goode (hereinafter “Appellee”), during the period in which their son, R.J., 2 remained in high school.
