Appellant Warren Scheley Camp, Jr., was convicted of driving while intoxicated, seventh offense, in the Benton County Circuit Court. On appeal, Camp challenges the validity of the circuit court’s use of three prior convictions in Fayetteville District Court for driving while intoxicated to enhance his sentence.
